According to NetMarketShare, Windows has been dominating the OS market by 91.35 percent – a shadowing win over Apple macOS 6.40 percent.

The Economic Times: Telangana State Launches its own e-wallet

The Telangana Government launched T-Wallet, a digital wallet in association with Vijaya Bank and Hyderabad-based Transaction Analysts, enabling cashless payments. Transaction Analysts, a Microsoft Accelerator alum startup, is a digital payment service platform that is specialized in cashless payments and has been a provider of digital payment services to leading hospitals, colleges, universities, temples and corporate since 2010. Partnering with the Telangana state government on the T-wallet, the company aims to achieve financial inclusion and increase user transactions based on Aadhar, with or without the need for a bank account.

Qualcomm and Microsoft, at Computex 2017, have announced that HP, Lenovo, and Asus will be the first three companies to launch new devices based on the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Mobile PC Platform. The first wave of devices will all be slim, fanless portables along the lines of laptops and 2-in-1s. No specific time models, prices or time frames have been disclosed, but the companies have previously stated that they will ship products later this year.

Microsoft Azure is gaining ground quickly in cloud services, according to Mary Meeker’s Internet Trends 2017 report. The annual report, released at Recode’s Code Conference, shows that Azure is up to 34 percent in 2017 from 20 percent last year.
