KUALA LUMPUR, 19 July, 2016 – In the spirit of Ramadan and Syawal, Microsoft Malaysia recently distributed Buka Puasa and Hari Raya goodies, such as dates, soya bean, and kuih Raya to the Kuala Lumpur Traffic Police.

In total, about 100 goodie bags were distributed to the Kuala Lumpur Traffic Police. Some 35 policemen came to Microsoft Malaysia’s headquarters in KLCC to receive goodie bags before their rush-hour traffic duty, while the remainder was delivered to the Traffic Police’s headquarters in Jalan Bandar.

“At Microsoft, we aim to empower every person in every community to achieve more. This is just a little token of appreciation to the Kuala Lumpur Traffic Police for their commitment to duty despite having to fast. It’s also for their continued good work and their contribution to the community,” said Jasmine Begum, Director, Corporate, External & Legal Affairs, Microsoft Malaysia and Emerging Markets.
