The engagement detailed in the MoU will be delivered throughout three distinct stages, namely Discovery, Design and Deliver. Due to the complexity of the business, both Serba Dinamik and Microsoft have agreed upon an agile sprint approach, which will target one of Serba Dinamik’s subsidiaries, PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia Plant, by reviewing the plant turnaround management and routine maintenance management at the Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) facility. This will allow Microsoft to establish the first iteration of the digital transformation plan and digital innovation framework as Serba Dinamik’s first target model and intent to replicate to other parts of the Group in future agile sprints.
