Project: Surprise Eric

 |   Microsoft NZ News Centre

It is always a privilege to give something back to those who represent Microsoft so passionately in store. Eric works in the retail department of Noel Leeming and for the past three years he has been part of the Microsoft Masters (NZ’s Evangelism Programme). He has become a big fan of Microsoft and Xbox and is not afraid to give honest feedback or promote what he believes in. It also happens that Eric does not have full use of his left hand. So, when he heard about the Xbox Adaptive Controller he did what he normally does and jokingly asked the Microsoft team if he could have one, little did he know he’d be in for a surprise… Eric was sent an invite to a VIP Xbox event however, when Eric arrived at the Microsoft Office he was a bit confused by the lack of people, confusion quickly turned to delight when he discovered an Adaptive Controller awaited him in the meeting room. Eric spent the rest of the morning setting up and testing out how to use the controller and how customise it so he could have the best gaming experience possible. Watch Eric’s video and see how the Xbox Adaptive Controller creates instant accessibility in playing his favourite game.
