As Managing Director of Microsoft Singapore, Wee Luen helms the business at a transformative time for cloud and AI. His leadership is focused on accelerating Singapore’s digital progress by empowering organisations, government agencies and startups to innovate, scale, and build resilience through Microsoft’s technologies.

Wee Luen brings over two decades of experience in building and scaling enterprise technology teams that consistently deliver long-term value to customers. After beginning his career in Singapore’s public sector, he has held senior leadership roles at Red Hat, Qlik and Oracle, and most recently served as Managing Director for Asia at ServiceNow.

In addition to strengthening the national tech ecosystem and driving customer success, Wee Luen is passionate about leveraging technology for societal good. He currently serves on the Digital & Technology Committee of the Children’s Cancer Foundation and chairs the Tech for Good Committee in the Singapore Computer Society.

Wee Luen graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from National University of Singapore, majoring in Computer Engineering. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.
