Group Chief Financial Officer, Microsoft Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
Fabiano Siufi is the Group Chief Financial Officer for Microsoft Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
In this role, Fabiano provides the overall financial and strategic leadership to the company. He leads all aspects of financial planning, performance management, business operations and controls and compliance. He is also a member of Microsoft’s finance leadership team in Asia Pacific.
Before moving to Microsoft Singapore, Fabiano was the chief of staff to Microsoft’s Asia Pacific Vice President. He also held several finance and business roles across Microsoft’s Australia and South Korea offices during his nine-year tenure since joining the company in 2010.
Earlier on in his career, Fabiano spent several years at Roche, a biotech-healthcare conglomerate. There, he served in a wide range of roles, including finance, business development and sales, and amassed extensive international experience in England, Switzerland, Germany and Australia.
A Brazilian-Australian national, Fabiano earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the Universidade de Sao Paulo in Brazil, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
He currently lives in Singapore with his family, and outside the office, his family, current affairs reading, and sports keep him incredibly busy and entertained.
