Imane

Imane is Microsoft Singapore’s Country Head for Customer Success. In this role, she leads the Customer Success Unit (CSU) which comprises of three teams, Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solutions Architects and Customer Success Managers for Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace and Business Apps. Imane is responsible for ensuring customers cloud onboarding, success and value realization.

Imane is a firm believer of leading by example and is passionate about building diverse teams and supporting them in their career growth. Having spent 20 years in Asia between Japan and currently Singapore, Imane leverages her multicultural background and multilingual efficiency to bridge the gap between the different cultures within Japan and Asia Pacific.

Prior to her role at Microsoft, Imane accumulated over 15 years of customer success and product management experience. She was previously the Head of Customer Success for both ASEAN Enterprise and JAPAC SMB & SMC in Oracle. Imane graduated from Tohoku University with a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Communication Engineering. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, reading and spending time with her family.
