Human Resource Lead, Microsoft Singapore
Lynn is the Human Resource Lead for Microsoft Singapore. She is responsible for the management of all activities related to talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, talent development and organization engagement, learning and development, as well as diversity and inclusion. Working in close partnership with the senior leadership team, she ensures the alignment of the people agenda to Microsoft’s vision.
Lynn joined Microsoft in January 2020 with more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry. She is passionate about leadership development, improving the employee experience and cultivating a sense of empowerment and belonging within organizations to deliver commercial success.
Lynn’s personal experience as a former Vietnamese refugee living in a refugee camp has inspired her to ensure equality and opportunity for those in disadvantaged groups, by working with non-profit organizations such as the UNHCR, Fitted for Work, ABCN and SSI. She is currently a Board Director for Australia for UNHCR (the UN refugee agency).
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling with her two daughters and husband.
