As the Sales Lead of Cloud Solutions, Susan leads an organization of specialist sellers and technical specialists to provide the best-in-class cloud service and platforms to all Enterprise customers, as well as driving digital transformation for customers and partners. She is responsible for driving growth in the cloud business and accelerating customer value realization through cloud services consumption across several solution areas: Modern Workplace, Apps and Infrastructure, Data and AI and Business Applications, backed-up with Customer focused Support Solutions.

Susan is also a trusted advisor to the Microsoft enterprise customer and partner ecosystem by harnessing Microsoft’s cloud-enabled technologies and innovations to help businesses achieve organic growth.
Susan brings over 25 years of sales and channels experience to her role, having held leadership positions in all direct/indirect and digital sales within international organizations in the technology sector over the course of her career. Prior to joining Microsoft Singapore in 2016, she was the Regional Director for the ASEAN/SAGE market in digital sales and channel management for 8 years. Before that, she spent 8 years in IBM leading the channels and mid-market sales team in Singapore.
A Singaporean, Susan graduated from University of London with a degree in Economics and Management Information Systems. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, dancing and golfing.
