Country Lead, Solution Sales, Microsoft Singapore
Vivek leads solution sales at Microsoft Singapore, where he works to empower customers and partners’ utilization of the Microsoft Cloud across industries in alignment to their strategic priorities. He oversees both commercial and public sector enterprises and collaborates closely with customers across the Microsoft software and services portfolio. He also works alongside government agencies to drive transformation at a national level.
Vivek joined Microsoft in 2014 as Sales Director of Corporate Accounts. He first worked with corporate customers and partners to drive transformation with Microsoft and partners’ solutions. He was later appointed Enterprise Channel Director of Microsoft Singapore to drive co-sell engagements with Microsoft’s partners within the Singapore subsidiary’s Enterprise Commercial (EC) and Public Sector (PS) segments. Vivek was most recently the Sales Director of Small, Medium & Corporate (SMC) where he was driving strategy and execution across the segment.
Prior to Microsoft, Vivek spent more than 30 years in technology sales and consultancy across different industries and countries, working at companies such as SAP, Cisco Systems, Avanade, PwC & Arthur Andersen.
A huge believer in life-long learning, Vivek’s personal mission is to give back to others in a way that makes him a net-contributor to anybody he touches.
He holds a Sloan Fellowship in General Management from London Business School and enjoys outdoor activities such as trekking, running and travelling to places off-the-beaten track.
