Obeikan Group selects Microsoft Arabia as strategic partner to develop solutions in education and 4th industrial revolution

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, November 11, 2018 – Obeikan Investment Group, one of the largest business organizations in Saudi Arabia, has signed a strategic partnership with Microsoft Arabia, to develop digital solutions in manufacturing and education. The partnership aims to employ Microsoft’s technology solutions to support Obeikan’s digital transformation journey and provide the Group with cutting edge digital platforms that enhance its efficiency and productivity.

The partnership between Obeikan Group and Microsoft Arabia will leverage the Obeikan Group’s strong expertise in Manufacturing, especially in Packaging for Food and Beverage, and integrate it with Azure services to implement best practices in the sales field and “Demand Forecasting”. This will enable the Group to develop improved sales processes and consolidate its relationship with customers by better analysing and managing the data. By implementing the group’s digital transformation plan, Microsoft Arabia and Obeikan Group will set up a long-term initiative to develop packaging operations and create smarter processes at lower costs and keep pace with the 4th Industrial Revolution.

The partnership will also bring together Obeikan Group’s expertise in education services and Microsoft’s latest digital innovations to build digital classroom models and support innovative curricula.
