Panasonic Toughpad 4K tablet performance model at CES 2014

Microsoft’s Gavin Gear tests out the new performance model of the Panasonic Toughpad 4K tablet at CES 2014 in Las Vegas. Taking tablet PCs to the next level, this upgraded version of the Toughpad 4K tablet will be available in spring 2014 and comes with Windows 8.1 Pro, an Intel Core i7-3687 vPro processor, NVidia Quadro K1000M GPU and 2 GB of dedicated VRAM, in addition to 16 GB of RAM and a 256GB solid-state drive. If that wasn’t enough, the tablet boasts increased internal battery volume from the original Toughpad 4K, an added 5-megapixel rear camera and upgraded ports, including full-size Ethernet and mini-DisplayPort out.
