Hong Kong – August 16, 2012 – Baby Kingdom, a Hong Kong-based web development and marketing firm, has provided a full spectrum of web-related services to clients throughout the APAC region since 2002. Following years of strong growth that took it from 80,000 to over a million members by 2011, Baby Kingdom needed a new platform that could make management easier and enhance its eDM database, improving labor, time and cost efficiencies. Together with the data analyzing and categorization function provided by RI, Baby Kingdom could focus on customized eDM campaign as per requested by clients entirely and allow Baby Kingdom to further developed its business.

Income from eDM services has grown from around 1% to 5% of Baby Kingdom’s total revenue, and its own promotions pushed with eDM campaigns generate up to 50% more sales.
