Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (KAsset) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Microsoft Thailand to strengthen the company’s capabilities in data utilization and artificial intelligence (AI). The collaboration aims to enhance KAsset’s application of data and AI technologies across its internal operations, end‑to‑end fund management processes, and research activities that support investment decision‑making. The initiative also includes efforts to empower employees to work effectively with AI‑powered tools including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry, supported by appropriate security, data governance, and compliance principles.
This collaboration further seeks to enhance the investor experience by applying AI to support advanced data analysis, enabling deeper understanding of investor behaviors and interests across different segments. It also supports ongoing market assessment and investment insights that contribute to informed decision‑making.
Looking ahead, both organizations plan to expand activities that create opportunities for younger generations particularly university students to access investment knowledge through digital channels and various learning programs, helping them build confidence as they prepare for their investment journey.
