ZURICH, Switzerland — October 9, 2025 — Microsoft Switzerland today announced that Reinhard Nissl assumed the role of HR Director for Switzerland. He succeeds Shipra Singh, who has taken on a new role at Microsoft as HR Director for Enterprise Partner Solutions. Nissl now serves as member of the Swiss Leadership Team and leads HR in Switzerland, alongside Germany and Austria, reporting to Sarah Sherertz Vogt, Vice President HR, EMEA.
Nissl brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience at Microsoft. Since joining Microsoft in 2005, he has held a variety of senior roles, including HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Talent & Development Director for Germany. Earlier in his career, he was Global HR Lead for Microsoft Business Solutions and held HR roles supporting business transformation and leadership development in Europe, Asia and the Americas region. Nissl began his career in HR in the automotive industry after earning a degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt.
