Microsoft Thailand Honored Among HR Asia’s ‘Best Companies to Work for in 2020’

Microsoft’s key people strategies: diversity and inclusion and fostering a growth mindset among employees

Bangkok, 2 November 2020 – Microsoft (Thailand) Limited has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia by HR Asia for two consecutive years thanks to its strong commitments and efforts in investing human resources to encourage a growth mindset and employee engagement to ensure the company’s continued growth. The award was recently received by Mr. Dhanawat Suthumpun, Managing Director, Microsoft (Thailand) at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.

HR Asia Best Company to Work for in Asia award winners were selected based on a survey of employees who were asked to give affirmative statements about their employers using the Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M.) that focuses on 3 areas of employee engagement:
