杨长华（Winnie Yeung）

杨长华女士于2004年加入微软公司，现担任微软大中华区公共及法律事务部总法律顾问。杨长华女士和她的团队为微软在该地区的销售和业务运营提供支持，并在业务、法律和法规问题的前沿与客户合作，以帮助推动他们的数字化转型。在担任现职之前，杨长华女士曾担任微软大中华区商业法律团队的总经理，同时也是微软香港的首席律师。

在加入微软公司之前，杨长华女士曾在香港贝克•麦坚时国际律师事务所工作，专门负责信息技术许可、知识产权和隐私保护。

杨长华女士毕业于香港大学法学院，拥有香港、英格兰和威尔士的律师资格。杨长华女士还拥有多伦多大学的 MBA 学位。

Winnie Yeung serves as Chief Legal Counsel of Microsoft’s Corporate External and Legal Affairs team for the Greater China Region.  She and her team provide support to Microsoft’s sales and business operations in the region and collaborate with customers on the cutting edge of business, legal and regulatory issues to help drive their digital transformation.  She is a member of the senior business leadership team in GCR.

Yeung joined Microsoft in 2004. Prior to her current role, she was the General Manager of the Commercial Legal team for GCR, as well as the Lead Counsel for Microsoft Hong Kong.   Before joining Microsoft, Yeung was with the law firm of Baker & McKenzie in Hong Kong, specializing in IT licensing, intellectual property rights and privacy protection.

Yeung graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Hong Kong. She is accredited as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales. She also holds an MBA from the University of Toronto.
