Wir freuen uns sehr, dass heute Catrin Hinkel als neue General Managerin zu Microsoft Schweiz stösst.  

Catrin Hinkel ist ab heute als Country General Managerin für die Leitung der Microsoft Schweiz verantwortlich. Die deutsche Staatsbürgerin studierte an der Universität Reutlingen (European Business School in Reutlingen und London). Nach ihrem Abschluss arbeitete Catrin Hinkel in verschiedenen Rollen für Accenture, zuletzt als Senior Managing Director für den Bereich Cloud First Strategy & Consulting in Europa.

Catrin ist eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die seit vielen Jahren in unserem Ökosystem arbeitet und daher unsere Lösungen und Technologien sowie die Möglichkeiten und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und Partner versteht.»  

Catrin Hinkel wird sich für die Digitale Transformation in der Schweiz einsetzen. Besonders am Herzen liegen ihr die Themen Innovation, der verantwortungsvolle Umgang mit Daten, Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie Nachhaltigkeit. Catrin Hinkel wurde am 6. Mai in den Vorstand des Branchenverbandes ASUT und am 27. Mai ins Executive Committee von Digital Switzerland gewählt.  

Sie ist zudem Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates des CISPA Helmholtz-Zentrum für Informationssicherheit sowie Sprecherin des Vorstandes von «Generation CEO», einem gemeinnützigen Verein und etablierten Netzwerk für Führungsfrauen im deutschsprachigen Raum. Catrin Hinkel ist Mutter zweier Kinder und lebt seit kurzem in Zürich.

Microsoft annonce de nouveaux PC Surface pour entreprises boostés à l’IA

Nous sommes ravis d’annoncer aujourd’hui nos premiers PC Surface boostés à l’IA et pensés exclusivement pour les entreprises : les Surface Pro 10 et Surface Laptop 6, qui seront disponibles à partir d’avril 2024. Ces PC ont été conçus pour intégrer les fonctionnalités demandées par les professionnels : optimisation pour Copilot, une connectique revisitée, un lecteur NFC1, un focus mis sur les performances et la sécurité avec les derniers processeurs Intel Core Ultra et intégrant un NPU (Neural Processor unit ou unité de traitement neuronal) permettant d’alimenter les expériences d’IA (économisant l’usage de la batterie, du CPU et du GPU).
