KPMG Switzerland wins the Swiss Microsoft Country Partner of the Year Award 2024

ZURICH, Switzerland – KPMG Switzerland has been recognized for its trailblazing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in professional services, receiving the prestigious Partner of the Year Award for its innovative partnership with Microsoft. This collaboration has been instrumental in KPMG’s commitment to enhancing its services with state-of-the-art AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI and Copilot for Microsoft 365. 

Following the landmark global alliance agreement between Microsoft and KPMG in July 2023, both companies identified the partnership as a strategic opportunity to also pioneer the AI domain in Switzerland. KPMG’s early adoption and extensive utilization of Azure OpenAI and Copilot for Microsoft 365 have yielded a wealth of insights into the business potential and user experience of AI.

The AI Masterclass program designed in a collaborative effort is a comprehensive exploration designed to equip participants with a nuanced understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical applications in their specific business environments.

  • Bithawk has been endorsed as finalist for their expertise in the category “Modern Workplace for Frontline Workers”, enabling scale and transformation with Microsoft technologies under consideration of security requirements, governance policies, and user needs.
  • Ontinue has also been acknowledged as finalists for their significant impact in the category “Healthcare and Life Sciences”, enabling build the future of AI-assisted medicine by strengthening cybersecurity posture with cutting-edge technology.
