Tiffany Wright

General Manager, Customer Success

As the Customer Success Unit (CSU) Lead for Microsoft ANZ, Tiffany is responsible for ensuring customers realise the full value of their investments in Microsoft’s products and cloud services. With over 24 years of experience in the IT experience, Tiffany joined Microsoft in 2017 to lead the establishment of the Digital Sales Sydney Centre as part of the Small, Medium and Corporate organisation.

More recently, Tiffany was the Education Lead for ANZ, guiding the Education industry through sector-wide disruption and ensuring that our customers received the support they needed to navigate during the pandemic. Over the last 3 years, she has been instrumental in driving a significant shift in how we collaborate with the Education sector to foster digital skills across Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to Microsoft, Tiffany spent 17 years at Cisco in a range of customer success, sales and leadership roles; including leading the Commercial business for Australia and New Zealand in her last 4 years there.

Tiffany is also a passionate advocate for LGBTQIA+ employees as the executive sponsor for our GLEAM ANZ Employee Resource Group. Her commitment to diversity is also evident through her advisory and management boards for organisations such as Melbourne Business School and the Institute of Applied Technology Digital.

She currently holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Sydney, as well as an MBA and Masters in Communications Law from University of Technology, Sydney. Tiffany lives in Sydney with her husband and 3 children.
