Microsoft tools accelerate AI adoption, amplifying human and organisational capabilities

Amplifying Human Ingenuity

Microsoft believes Artificial Intelligence is about amplifying human ingenuity through intelligent technology that will reason with, understand and interact with people. Together with people, these technologies will help us solve some of society’s most fundamental challenges.

On 15 November 2017, Microsoft announced a series of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and solutions designed to help infuse organisations with intelligence and insight, and amplify human ingenuity. Australian organisations which are leading the AI charge include packaging giant Pact Group, University of Canberra and Department of Human Services, which are deploying intelligent solutions to optimise their operations, better engage with customers and empower their employees.
