No town is too small, no village is too remote for Pride. While some say that borders matter and actively legislate against LGBTQIA+ communities, we invite everyone to join us in our call for justice and equity, as we highlight how empathy, freedom, support, and fight for equality and equity have no borders and concern us all.
On June 26th, after a gap of 2 years, Microsoft Canada employees, along with their family and friends, marched at the Toronto Pride Parade.
Our work doesn’t start or stop with Pride. Microsoft introduced sexual orientation into our non-discrimination policies in 1989 – and we’ve been driving LGBTQIA+ inclusion ever since. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and by supporting employees through an inclusive workplace, global advocacy, and charitable giving, we are working to make difference for LGBTQIA+ communities and beyond.
