Sangeeta Bavi is the Executive Director – Digital Natives, at Microsoft India and is responsible for accelerating the growth of startups in the country, by enabling them with the right programs, platforms, and tools to scale locally and globally.

As part of her role, Sangeeta engages with stakeholders across the startup ecosystem, partnering with and supporting start-ups across all stages, from idea to unicorn. Sangeeta has been with Microsoft for over seven years, across various business roles.

Prior to Microsoft, Sangeeta headed developer outreach at Nokia and has also worked with Wipro. She holds an engineering degree in Computer Science and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Outside of work, Sangeeta is passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs and supporting startup communities.
