Bhaskar is Chief Partner Officer, Microsoft India & South Asia, and is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and business growth across the region. He focuses on strengthening the partner ecosystem to accelerate cloud adoption, AI innovation, and digital transformation across industries.

At Microsoft since 2011, Bhaskar brings over 25 years of experience in building scale and forging impactful partnerships. He works closely with partners to align strategies with organizational priorities, creating customer-centric solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Bhaskar is passionate about empowering partners to leverage technology for meaningful business impact and fostering a culture of trust and growth within the ecosystem. An alumnus and gold medalist from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, he is a strong advocate for AI-driven innovation and its role in reimagining customer engagement and enhancing employee experiences. Outside of work, Bhaskar enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, reading about technology trends, and mentoring emerging leaders. He is also committed to sustainability and actively supports initiatives that promote environmental responsibility.
