Venkat Krishnan leads the Government, Public Sector, Education and Healthcare business for Microsoft in India. Venkat is passionate about supporting the digital transformation journeys of the public, education and health sectors and is involved in helping the government build national data platforms to drive both governance and citizen services for the nation.

Prior to this, Venkat led the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) at Microsoft India, driving Microsoft’s partner business strategy and empowering partners to build IP, services, and businesses to co-sell and deliver solutions for digital transformation.

He has spent nearly a decade at Microsoft in multiple roles, managing the partner ecosystem and the Enterprise commercial business. An industry veteran with over three decades of professional experience, Venkat has previously worked with Oracle India, Sun Microsystems, Comsat Max, Motorola and Tata Telecom.
