Microsoft YouthSpark helps create opportunities for hundreds of millions of youth around the world. Through partnerships with governments, nonprofit organizations, and businesses, we aim to empower youth to imagine and realize their full potential by connecting them with greater opportunities for education, employment, and entrepreneurship.

And here’s a look at Project Jyoti – a Microsoft YouthSpark initiative targeted at underprivileged youth aged 16 to 24 – which offers training on basic IT skills, spoken English, personality development and job preparedness.
