Vivek Chatrath is the Country Lead for Solution Sales at Microsoft Malaysia. Together with his team, Vivek collaborates with Microsoft’s Sales, Customer Success, and Partners’ teams to provide thought leadership to customers to help realize continuous digital transformation by aligning customers’ business priorities to Microsoft’s and to our Partners’ solutions.
An experienced Sales and Solutions leader, Vivek joined Microsoft in 2014 and has led different teams in Microsoft Singapore prior to joining Microsoft Malaysia. Vivek has worked in consulting and technology companies in regional roles spanning Asia, as well as in country roles in Singapore, India, and Malaysia.
Vivek’s expertise lies in business strategy, business transformation, execution excellence, and people enablement to scale businesses. He is an avid believer in first principles and systems thinking to solve complex problems.
Vivek attended London Business School, where he completed the Sloan Fellowship Programme. During his spare time, Vivek explores his curiosities in cognitive, physical, and emotional peak performance. He is also an avid outdoor enthusiast, traveling to places less trodden. His passion is to give back to the underprivileged to help them realize their true potential.
