Chief Financial Officer, Microsoft Singapore and SEA New Markets
Cairine Haslam is the Chief Financial Officer for Microsoft Singapore and South East Asia New Markets. As CFO for Microsoft Singapore, Cairine is responsible for all aspects of financial planning, performance management, business operations, controls and compliance in the company.
Cairine first joined Microsoft in 2017 as the Chief Investment Manager for Asia Pacific. She previously held, several country, regional and global financial leadership roles in Procter & Gamble. Her P&G career took her from the UK, to Australia and finally here in Asia, where she is currently located in Singapore.
In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Nottingham in the UK, Cairine also has a Master’s degree in Global Finance from IE Business School (Instituto De Empresa) in Madrid.
She currently lives in Singapore with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and pursuing her interests in sports and fitness.
