Customer Success Lead, Microsoft Singapore
Sidney Lim is responsible for helping customers in Singapore maximize the value derived from their investments in Microsoft solutions, reduce implementation risks, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and experience.
Bringing in a wealth of experience in technology consulting, Sidney assists customers through their digital transformation journey, enhancing business agility, increasing competitiveness, and delivering greater value through the adoption of digital and AI solutions.
Prior to this role, Sidney was Services Director at Microsoft Singapore from 2008 to 2012, where he led the consulting and premier support services teams. He returned to work for Microsoft in 2023 after broadening his expertise by leading the ASEAN digital transformation practice at a global business consulting firm, followed by a stint at a NASA JPL spinoff, where he spearheaded advancements in AI for autonomous decision-making.
Sidney graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and minor in Computer and Information Science He has also attained professional certifications in Internal Audit, Risk and Information Systems Control and Risk Management Assurance.
