Microsoft Surface Book arrives in the Nordics and Netherlands on 20 April

Tech fans in the Netherlands and Nordic countries who have been eagerly waiting to get their hands on a Microsoft Surface Book will be glad to hear that Microsoft has officially confirmed upcoming retail availability in their regions.

The sleek and stylish Surface Book has turned heads ever since it made its on-stage debut at the Windows 10 Devices event in October 2015 alongside the Surface Pro 4, as did its newer iteration – the Surface Book with Performance Base – which was revealed in November last year.

Building on the foundations of the original, the Surface Book with Performance Base retains its incredible engineering and styling, with its revolutionary hinge design and detachable, reversible stunning PixelSense display.

While it looks just as beautiful, it’s under the hood where the new Surface Book with Performance Base really shines. The combination of Intel’s 6th Generation Core i7 processors, coupled with Nvidia’s discrete GeForce GTX 965M graphics card and up to 1TB of storage, make the Surface Book more than just a pretty face – it’s powerful enough to handle demanding photo and editing tasks with ease.

With up to 16 hours of battery life and accurate pressure-sensitive Surface Pen to boot, combined with the latest and greatest version of Windows 10, the availability of the new Surface Book with Performance Base in these new regions means that more people than ever will be able to enjoy the power of Microsoft’s flagship device.
