It’s always a good time to tidy up some of your digital clutter and make sure you’re staying on the proverbial ball.

Now you can do this regularly by using AI to compile weekly or monthly reflections that you can schedule to automatically run for you.

Just copy this prompt and paste it into Microsoft 365 Copilot:

Create a concise 5-bullet summary of my last 5 working days drawn from my calendar, meeting transcripts, emails, and Teams messages. Organize exactly one bullet under each of these headings: Wins and challenges, Personal development plan with learn and teach opportunities, Tools and AI updates or tips, and Next steps.

Once you have submitted a prompt, hover over your text so that a bar of icons appears on the top right. Click on the clock icon to schedule.

Then select your settings including day, frequency and time of day. You can now schedule prompts to run up to 15 times. Make sure to tick the box to get an email when it’s ready.

Then hop back over to your copilot to see the results. From there, you can ask your copilot to turn your reflections into a review.

The Prompt is a regular Signal feature to give you specific, super-quick ways you can use AI to solve problems, boost your creativity and get more done at work.
