DENVER, Feb. 27, 2003 — FRx Software Corp., a Microsoft® Business Solutions company, today announced it has formed a reseller agreement with International Software Systems Inc., a reseller of financial solutions with expertise serving CPAs, expanding FRx Software’s roster of Analytics Reseller Partners that offer unique FRx® Financial Reporter and FRx®
Forecaster applications.
FRx Software launched the FRx®
Analytics Reseller Partner Program in July 2002. The program allows qualified organizations to expand their business by giving them the opportunity to sell and implement FRx Software products that use enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and that are not supported by one of FRx Software’s many ERP system interfaces.
ISS, based in Garden Grove, Calif., will sell FRx Forecaster to its small to medium-sized services, distribution and nonprofit customers, according to ISS owner Laura Peters.

Peters said.

In cooperation with FRx Software, ISS held a free one-hour seminar for CPAs on Feb 25. ISS invited more than 500 CPAs, their clients and prospects to the seminar in Buena Park, Calif., to learn how to use FRx Forecaster to gain control of their budgeting and planning processes, collaborate electronically with less effort to create a better budget in less time, and respond to changes in business conditions year-round. Attendees were awarded two continuing professional education credits, according to Peters.
