Microsoft Announces Members of Fusion 2003 Partner Advisory Council

REDMOND, Wash., Dec. 9, 2002 — Microsoft Corp. today released the names of the Microsoft®
Fusion 2003 Partner Advisory Council (PAC). The ongoing mission of the Fusion PAC is to integrate feedback and input from partners on all aspects of Microsoft’s premier partner event, including strategy, content and event services, through ongoing dialogue and quarterly meetings with PAC members, Microsoft executives and the Fusion planning team. The Fusion PAC consists of partners from around the world who are representative of the Fusion audience.

“The collaboration with Fusion PAC members is a key component of our efforts to deliver an event that meets the expectations and needs of our partners — their input is very important to the success of this event,”
said Allison Watson, vice president of the Worldwide Partner Sales and Marketing Group at Microsoft.
“This group is an integral part of the event planning team, and we appreciate the time and effort they will give to work with us to make Fusion successful and productive.”

Based on feedback from the Fusion 2002 PAC, the PAC membership has been expanded to include a broader range of partners who will serve at least one year. Fusion 2003 is scheduled to be held July 11–13 in Toronto.
