DENVER, Feb. 27, 2003 — FRx Software Corp., a Microsoft® Business Solutions company, today announced it has formed a reseller agreement with Intelligent Technologies Inc. (ITI), expanding FRx Software’s roster of Analytics Reseller Partners that offer the unique FRx®
FRx Software launched the FRx®
Analytics Reseller Partner Program in July 2002. The program allows qualified organizations to expand their business by giving them the opportunity to sell and implement FRx Software products that use enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and that are not supported by one of FRx Software’s many ERP system interfaces.
ITI, based in Greensboro, N.C., has already sold FRx Forecaster solutions to one customer, S & D Coffee Inc., which is using the solutions to facilitate its budgeting and forecasting.

The FRx Analytics Reseller Partner Program offers a number of options and benefits for qualifying organizations. Companies are now able to distribute FRx Software applications with the added benefit of significant sales and marketing support provided by FRx Software. Support includes media relations assistance, product collateral development, remote sales training, cooperative marketing and webinar (online seminar) participation. FRx Software also assists resellers with certification, marketing and sales.
