REDMOND, Wash. — March 17, 2009 — Microsoft Corp. today announced the formation of a strategic alliance with ExactTarget and Neudesic LLC, a combination of Microsoft and select Microsoft Gold Certified Partners in an integrated solution and services strategy. The alliance will launch the Actionable Market Intelligence Solution supported by a series of webcasts targeting respective segments of the business and IT community.
The strategic alliance combines ExactTarget’s e-mail and marketing automation solutions with Neudesic’s system integration capabilities on a platform built upon Microsoft Dynamics CRM to provide an integrated end-to-end sales and marketing solution. The Actionable Market Intelligence Solution permits the automation of sales and marketing functions while incorporating real-time data into actionable decision-making tools that automate marketing and sales processes.
“The alliance with ExactTarget and Neudesic is a concerted effort to expand the capabilities that Microsoft offers customers by partnering with software and service providers,” said Greg Urquhart, general manager for U.S. ISV and NSI Partners at Microsoft. “By combining the product and service capabilities of top independent software vendors (ISVs) and National System Integrator Gold Certified Partners, we are able to bring to market integrated solutions that are more relevant to the needs of our customers.”
“We are excited about being a part of Microsoft’s innovative partner strategy,” said Parsa Rohani, CEO of Neudesic. “The integrated approach increases the value gained by customers, partners and Microsoft.”
