Thousands of retailers around the world are opening their doors at midnight for the launch of the long-awaited “Gears of War 3,” a dramatic, action-packed finale to the Xbox 360 sci-fi warfare trilogy.
Major publishers unveil Kinect support, including Ubisoft’s Tom Clancy series of games, Electronic Arts’ “Mass Effect 3,” “Madden NFL,” “Tiger Woods PGA TOUR” and “FIFA”; UFC comes to Xbox 360.
The biggest games are found only on Xbox 360, with “Halo: Reach,” “Gears of War 3”and “Fable III”; “Call of Duty” Add-ons and map packs continue to launch first on Xbox LIVE through 2012.
Xbox 360 exclusive juggernaut launches worldwide on Nov. 7 at an astounding 20,000 retailers, leads the best and broadest portfolio of blockbuster games and entertainment for all this holiday season.
