Microsoft Software & Systems Academy expands to Camp Pendleton, Fort Hood

On Monday, Microsoft announced it has expanded a software development and training program for U.S. active duty service members transitioning out of the service. The Microsoft Software & Systems Academy, launched in 2013 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington state, is now operating at Camp Pendleton in California and Fort Hood in Texas.

Xbox Games with Gold for August includes ‘Crimson Dragon,’ ‘Strike Suit Zero’ for Xbox One

Get ready for August and Games with Gold offerings for Xbox Live Gold members, with “Crimson Dragon” and “Strike Suit Zero” becoming free downloads for the month, starting Aug. 1, and replacing current Xbox One Games with Gold titles. On Xbox 360, “Motocross Madness” (normally $9.99) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members from Aug. 1-15. Then, Aug. 16-31, “Dishonored” (normally $19.99) will be available.
