Lindt & Sprüngli Travel Retail is partnering with Microsoft to create a new shopping experience

Magical Mirror from Lindt & Sprüngli

Microsoft Switzerland and its partner Ombori have launched with the Lindt & Sprüngli Travel Retail Team the Lindt Magical Selfie Mirror. The mirror at Zürich Flughafen allows custumers to create an individual picture which can be used to personalize their gifts or just as a nice souvenir of their travels.

The interactive voice controlled Magical Selfie Mirror (based on Microsoft Cortana) enables passengers to take a selfie in store, decorate it with different frames and then send it digitally or print it for a fun complement to their chocolate gift.

Enabling intelligent retail: Your customers. Your people. Your data.

Microsoft as an alliance partner has a unique Ecosystem on the cloud platform across the costumer journey. An intelligent retail model like the Lindt Magical Selfie Mirror can create rich, customer-first experiences at all touchpoints both online and offline, from backend operations to front of-house innovations. With a data-driven approach, retailers can engage with their costumers through personalized messaging and meet their demands more precisely.

The Experience is live at the Lindt & Sprüngli Chocolate Boutique at Zurich Flughafen (Located on Level 2) and will be rolled out to several other stores worldwide.
