Two new members in the Executive Team of Microsoft Switzerland

Microsoft Switzerland is appointing two new members to the Executive Team as of the new fiscal year: Martin Haas takes over as head of the newly created Small Medium Corporate (SMC) business unit, which focuses on Swiss SMEs. Anita Ratkovic Andric has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. 

Martin Haas, who has already been working for Microsoft for 22 years in national and international sales and marketing roles, will take over the newly created Small Medium Corporate (SMC) business unit. Prior to his appointment to the Executive Team, the Swiss native headed the Manufacturing & Resources team within the Enterprise Business of Microsoft Switzerland. Before joining Microsoft, Martin Haas worked for ABB. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the FHS St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences.

Anita Ratkovic Andric is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Team of Microsoft Switzerland. Born in Croatia, she has been working at Microsoft for almost 14 years, most recently as CFO of Microsoft Sweden. Before that, she was CFO of Microsoft Austria and held various other finance and controlling positions. Before her career at Microsoft, she worked for KPMG in Croatia. Anita Ratkovic Andric holds a Master of Economics from the University of Zagreb. Anita Ratkovic Andric is the successor of Chris Southam, who left Microsoft at his own request after a 20-year global Microsoft career.

The Executive Team of Microsoft Switzerland is now composed as follows: Marianne Janik (CEO),  Simone Frömming (Enterprise Commercial), Henriette Wendt (Marketing & Operations), Caroline Rogge (HR), Anita Ratkovic Andric (CFO), Roger Altorfer(CSU), Christian Widmer (Public Sector), Thomas Winter (OCP), Martin Haas (SMC), Bjørn Vestergaard (Microsoft Consulting), Marc Holitscher (NTO), Tobias Steger (PR & Communications) sowie Jan Widmer (Legal Affairs).
