After a year in beta, Microsoft has launched its Team Foundation Service, a hosted version of its application lifecycle management (ALM) software. “ALM has traditionally been known to be very enterprise heavy, but [this service] could be utilized by people who may not need enterprise scale but could still benefit from tools and services to manage their projects,” said Karthik Ravindran, Senior Director of ALM marketing and management.

It prompts drivers to share a selfie before going online to help ensure the driver using the app matches the account available with the company. This prevents fraud and protects drivers’ accounts from being compromised. The service is launched in five cities: New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
