November 7, 2021 – Cairo, Egypt: Microsoft is all set to showcase its technological innovations at the 25th Edition of CAIRO ICT, which was inaugurated by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. Built around the theme of ‘Microsoft Loves Egypt”, the Microsoft booth will demonstrate ground breaking innovations in Data & AI, Hybrid work and Cybersecurity that will empower organizations and people in Egypt to thrive in increasingly digital economy.
Microsoft’s theme for this year’s CAIRO ICT is ‘Microsoft Loves Egypt’, reflecting Microsoft’s commitment to Egypt to provide the latest technologies and innovations to reimagine a stronger future for the country.
In this regard, Microsoft Egypt General Manager – Mirna Arif, stated, “We are pleased to participate as Official Cloud Sponsors at the 25th Edition of Cairo ICT. Driven the opportunities of the cloud in Egypt, Microsoft will also showcase its latest innovations in cloud, data & AI, security and modern work and how it enables the government to better serve its citizens and empowers organizations to gain a competitive edge.
Microsoft will be deep diving on the topic of hybrid work and the solutions that will enable the transition into a workplace that has become increasingly fluid, with workers overwhelmingly looking for a balance between in person and digital collaboration. The long awaited Surface for business devices and new operating system, Windows 11, which launched earlier this month, will also be on display as well as new Microsoft Teams features.
This year, Cairo International Technology Fair celebrates the silver jubilee as one of the most important events being held in the field of information technology and communications, nationally and regionally. Moreover, over the last 25 years, it has been a platform through which all innovations and ideas that had a significant impact in the fields of AI, computing, data analysis, mobile apps, etc. were introduced.
