Business Solutions Small Business Manager 7.5 includes features that help small companies improve efficiencies in how they manage orders, inventory, assets, payroll and deduction. Small Business Manager 7.5 also includes powerful reporting tools, increased flexibility and enhanced integration capabilities.

Small businesses benefit from the capabilities Small Business Manager 7.5 offers to arrange direct shipment from the vendor to customers, simplify invoice matching, invoice for partial kit quantities, print historical documents, process orders and invoices more quickly, manage and forecast assembly components, prevent stock outages with inventory reminders, and receive notification for nonexistent item numbers.

  • Fixed assets management. The Fixed Assets Suite in Small Business Manager 7.5 lets companies easily create asset records, customize asset records for their needs, calculate and recalculate for depreciation, choose the best methods for their situation, track multiple depreciation methods, and automatically update general ledger accounts.

  • Powerful reporting tools. Additional custom financial reporting tools from FRx®

Microsoft Business Solutions Small Business Manager 7.5 is available immediately through Microsoft Business Solutions reseller partners and consultant partners. Pricing begins at $995 (U.S.) for single users. Users (up to 10) can be added for $400 per concurrent user. A U.S. payroll add-on suite is available for $500, and additional options for fixed asset management and reporting tools are available. In addition, an award-winning foundation services plan, providing training, support, access to CustomerSource and product upgrades, is available for 18 percent of the suggested list price (reseller prices may vary).
