Affordable Housing Investment Proposal Application
Please review this document (Microsoft Affordable Housing Initiative Request for Preliminary Proposals) which gives an overview of the initiative and outlines the criteria for creating your preliminary proposal. To start the application process, email [email protected] with subject heading “Application for Microsoft Affordable Housing Investment” and include the following information:
- Project name
- Name of the organization(s) submitting the application, and physical/legal address(es)
- Name, title, and email address of primary point of contact for the project
- Name, title, and email address of person who will sign the non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
Once your email is received, our team will follow up with further steps allowing you to submit your proposal. These steps will include:
- Access to a secure system for sharing documents
- Completing prerequisites, including a NDA
- Further instructions on submitting your final proposal
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. After submitting an application, Microsoft or its advisors may contact you with requests for more information. Meetings to further discuss investment opportunities may be part of the evaluation process.
