New CardLinx Association will help consumers cash in on online offers

A new association of ecommerce, banking and social media companies aims to make it easier for consumers to take advantage of online deals and offers. The CardLinx Association will link offer delivery to a credit, debit or other payment card, so the consumer doesn’t need to use a paper coupon, voucher or promotion code, a type of service known as card linked offers.

Microsoft will make upcoming Windows Azure Active Directory enhancements a free update

A new set of capabilities in Windows Azure Active Directory (AD) are right on track for release in 2013, and a few of them are in preview now. These enhancements will simplify the management of access to many popular SaaS (software as a service) applications, and as reported Friday on the Active Directory Team Blog, the updates will be provided at no cost.
