Video: New Microsoft technology embeds information in 3D-printed objects

InfraStructs is a Microsoft Research project that lets you embed shapes, watermarks and codes within a 3D-printed object. The embedded information can be read back via terahertz scanning and, unlike with printed codes or RFID, it’s invisible and doesn’t require circuits or antennas to be transmitted.

‘Peggle 2’ coming first to Xbox One

“Peggle 2,” the sequel to the No. 1 puzzle game of 2007, is launching this year, first on Xbox One. PopCap Games, creator of some of the world’s most beloved video game franchises and a division of Electronic Arts Inc., provided the first glimpse of “Peggle 2” at gamescom this week.
