Riccarda Kenklies Joins Microsoft Switzerland as PR & Communications Manager

Zurich, March 18, 2024 – Microsoft Switzerland today announces that Riccarda Kenklies has assumed the role of PR & Communications Manager, effective March 1st, 2024. In this capacity, Kenklies will report directly to Michael Isaac and oversee both internal and external communications, as well as thought leadership positioning in Switzerland. 

Kenklies brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having previously served as Senior Manager in Global Internal Communications at Lonza. Prior to her tenure at Lonza, she spent several years at SAP, where she held various communications roles both at the German headquarters and in Switzerland, contributing significantly in implementing the global communications strategy.

Kenklies holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Management from Ludwigsburg University of Applied Sciences and a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.

Le rapport Work Trend Index 2024 de Microsoft a révélé l’adoption significative de l’IA générative parmi les travailleurs du savoir suisses, la grande majorité d’entre eux intégrant cette technologie à leur routine professionnelle. Beaucoup de managers suisses privilégient également la maîtrise de l’IA à l’expérience lorsqu’ils recrutent de nouveaux talents. Cependant, plus de la moitié s’inquiètent du fait que les dirigeants n’ont pas de stratégie ou de vision claires en matière d’intégration de l’IA.
