Microsoft will soon roll out the beta program for Cortana on iPhones. The company has already introduced the beta program for Android devices, and the iPhone beta is currently being rolled out on a heavily restricted scale. Right now, only a select 1,000 users from USA and UK will get access to the beta.

Microsoft India President Anant Maheshwari said finance minister, Arun Jaitley, has presented a balanced Budget, “As India strengthens its position on the global map, the need for skilled youth is crucial. The Budget focus on extending market relevant training for the youth and setting up 100 international skill centres across the country, is a positive move,” he said.

Microsoft released a new build (15019) of its Windows 10 Insider Preview with several new features such as Beam built-in streaming app, a new game section in settings, a dedicated Game Mode, improved full-screen support for Windows Game bar, ability for Edge browser to read aloud e-books, and more.

Back in August 2016, Microsoft announced that Anant Maheshwari would soon take over operations of the company from Chairman Bhaskar Pramanik. Well, that time has arrived and while the Chairman is yet to make his exit from Microsoft India (expected in March), Maheshwari spilled out some plans and also commented on demonetisation and how it is kick starting the 4th industrial revolution, out here in India.

Microsoft will soon update its mobile apps to better support the ability to digitize documents and improve image capture. The software giant currently uses Microsoft Office Lens, originally a stand-alone app, for this purpose. Microsoft has announced that this app is now going to be integrated into the Word and PowerPoint apps for mobile.
