Microsoft Corp has officially announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Nokia Devices and Services business. The acquisition has been approved by Nokia shareholders and by governmental regulatory agencies around the world, said a Microsoft release.

CNBC: Microsoft to get video content from AOL

Online media group AOL Inc has said that it would offer its video content on Microsoft Corp’s platforms, starting this summer. Microsoft’s MSN and Bing apps for Windows will get content from AOL’s HuffPost Live, TechCrunch and Moviefone as well as its partner sites, including ESPN, TMZ, and Martha Stewart.
