We know there is still a lot of work to be done to boost diversity in the tech industry, and to break down the barriers preventing more women from exploring careers that require digital skills. That’s why we launched the #10KWomen initiative, bringing together partners from across Aotearoa’s digital sector to empower 10,000 female students, workers and career-changers with new skills and open their eyes to where these can take them. The initiative is already helping thousands of women across New Zealand level up their digital knowhow and move into exciting new careers.
