Find apps more easily with Windows Store update

Now, you’ll see a persistent navigation bar with chart-toppers that also gives you categories and collections to search through. You’ll also find collections on the Store landing page to help you discover new apps. Publishers will also now be able to link paid apps so that if you buy the app once, you can get it across your Windows devices.

Fans get more choices for Xbox One

Microsoft is bringing more value to Xbox Live Gold members and offering all Xbox 360 and Xbox One owners access to entertainment apps whether or not they have an Xbox Live Gold membership, and Xbox One will be available for $399 without Kinect, a new console option made in response to fan feedback, Xbox head Phil Spencer announced Tuesday.
